Every product we make goes through strict quality control, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your package.

This policy applies only to purchases made on https://nextride.tech. We’re unable to provide after-sales service for purchases made from Amazon or other third-party stores.
Return Policy
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange by contacting us via email. Please keep the following in mind:

Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Items with scratches, wear, or damage are not eligible for return.

For returns due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong model ordered), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by us, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Defective or missing items must be returned to our inspection center in China.

Refund Policy
We promise a 100% refund for any product returned in its original condition that does not fit your model or meet the listed specifications.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable as they are additional services.

For returns not caused by product issues, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete processing.

Orders placed over 30 days ago are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different color, size, or model, please return your product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and prevents out-of-stock delays.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped.
Include your order number and cancellation reason. Our team will try to intercept the shipment and process your refund.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
