NextRide is committed to delivering premium gear and world-class support to riders globally. We stand behind our quality with a comprehensive 1-year warranty and a transparent, rider-friendly return process for all purchases made directly at nextride.tech.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your upgrade, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Full Refund Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in "Like-New" and resaleable condition. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware included.

Inspection Requirement: As part of our quality control, we require photo or video evidence of the product’s condition for pre-approval before a return is authorized.

Service & Restocking Fee: If the product shows signs of installation, missing original packaging, or light wear that prevents it from being resold as brand new, a 10% to 15% restocking fee will be deducted. This fee covers the cost of technical inspection, refurbishing, and repacking to maintain our high standards.

Personal Reasons: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., ordering the wrong model or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every NextRide smart display is protected by a 1-Year Performance Warranty starting from the delivery date.

Our Promise (Replace, Don't Wait): If a confirmed functional or performance failure occurs due to non-human factors, we don't make you wait for repairs. Once verified by our technical team, NextRide will prioritize shipping you a brand-new replacement unit.

Coverage: This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship under intended use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, crashes, or improper maintenance.

Direct Protection: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from us. We reserve the right to reject claims for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
3. Flexible Order Cancellation
We believe in providing flexibility for our riders. You may cancel your order at any time before the package is dispatched and receive a 100% full refund.

Once a tracking number has been generated and the parcel has left our facility, please follow the standard return process after receiving your gear.
4. Shipping Damage & Support
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the unit:

Immediately document the condition with clear photos of the outer box and the product.

Contact support@nextride.tech within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a swift replacement or refund based on the situation.

Return Authorization: Please do not ship items back without prior contact. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
5. Refund & Processing

Method: All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used at checkout.

Timeline: Once our team completes the inspection (usually within 3–5 business days), we will initiate your refund. Please allow 5–14 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
