1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

We utilize direct priority aviation lines and a trusted global fulfillment network to serve riders efficiently. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: 5–15 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 4–10 business days. (Note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs clearance, or local carrier processing.)

3. Shipping Zones & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Zone 1: Standard International Destinations (Free Shipping over $79 USD)

Includes: United States (Mainland), United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, and most EU countries.

  • Zone 2: Additional International Destinations (Free Shipping over $129 USD)

Includes: Canada, Switzerland, Nordic countries, New Zealand, and other select regions.

  • Zone 3: Specialized Delivery Routes ($29.99 Flat Rate Expedited)

Includes: Island destinations (Hawaii, Alaska, Azores, Canary Islands), Middle East, South America.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

We strive to make the international delivery process as seamless as possible for riders worldwide.

  • 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 For EU, UK, and Australia (Tax-Inclusive Route):

When you select Standard Tracked Shipping, your order is dispatched via our specially optimized Tax-Inclusive Routes. This means standard consumption taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are pre-paid by us, and all customs clearance processes are fully handled on your behalf. For the vast majority of orders, clearing is completed by our logistics partners before final delivery, ensuring you won't face surprise tax or customs bills at your door. (Disclaimer: In rare cases of random customs inspections, any exceptional local import duties or handling fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.)

  • 🇺🇸 For United States (Duty-Free):

Orders shipped to the US with a total value under the $800 USD threshold fall under the De Minimis exemption. This means your NextRide shipment will arrive free of customs duties or import taxes.

  • 🌍 For Rest of the World:

Orders shipped to regions outside our Tax-Inclusive network are generally shipped without pre-paid taxes. Customers in these regions may be responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT/GST, or customs handling fees charged by their local authorities upon arrival. If you are unsure about the customs policies for your specific location, please feel free to contact our customer support team at support@nextride.tech to confirm.

5. Delivery Issues & Support

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NextRide is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delayed Delivery: Once your package enters your destination country, the final delivery speed is controlled by local carriers. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact our support team at support@nextride.tech.
