NextRide Shipping Policy

Overview
NextRide is proud to offer global shipping services. We value your order and are committed to delivering your products as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing
Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If an order requires additional verification or risk review, the processing time may be slightly extended.

Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Shipping Methods and Times
Shipping methods vary by destination country/region, and available options will be displayed at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (excluding customs duties/VAT): 5-15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx, excluding customs duties/VAT): 4-10 business days
    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 to certain countries/regions (eligible countries only).

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and shipping method at checkout.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped from the China warehouse do not include local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees in the destination country/region.
In some countries/regions, you may opt for “Delivered Duty Paid” shipping at checkout, meaning taxes and fees are prepaid, though delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
The tracking number will be sent within 1-2 business days after shipping.
Tracking information updates may take 1-3 days.

Customer Responsibility Reminder
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. NextRide is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If the destination lacks secure delivery conditions, please select a delivery method that requires a signature (if available).
