Tracking Activation

Please note that tracking numbers require some time to become active in the system. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping email for the package to reach the outbound port or for the carrier's system to update the initial scan data.

Status reads "Delivered" but the gear is missing?

Don't panic. Occasionally, local carriers scan packages as "Delivered" slightly before the actual drop-off.

  1. Secure the perimeter: Check your porch, side doors, or apartment management office.

  2. Verify with your crew: Check with your riding buddies, roommates, or neighbors who might have received it on your behalf.

If your package is still missing 24 hours after the delivery status update, contact our support team immediately.
